1 - Register
There are two ways to register:
- Register Online (preferred), or
- Register by Mail

Mail your completed form to Cathy Clary, 813 Bantam Way, Petaluma, CA 94952.
If paying by check, make it out to: Sierra Music & Arts Institute.
We will admit in order of registrations (including payment) received until we exceed our space limit, after which we will have a waiting list.
Registration is not complete until payment is received.
To hold your place in line, please pay electronically or postmark your check within 3 days of registering.
2 - Pay Your Fee
The payment page explains how to pay. (The amounts below do not include a $5 fee for using PayPal or Venmo.)
- Adult: $205
- Young Adult (18-35): $125
- Youth (17 and under): Free
- Work Trade Adult: net $110 for 5 hours of work (full fee now, $95 refund after event)
- Work Trade Young Adult: net $30 for 5 hours of work (full fee now, $95 refund after event)
- Local SLO Dancers: if you do not want to register for the whole weekend, pay $0 now. You will have an opportunity to work in exchange for hours on the dance floor or combine working with special pricing for additional dance sessions. We will be in touch with details once you register.
Special Opportunity for Young Adult Dancers (age 18-35)
Thanks in part to the additional money contributed last year, we are able to offer 10 younger dancers free admission plus $200 towards expenses in exchange for a 5-hour work trade. We will accept people in the order that they register. To sign up for this opportunity, register online as a Young Adult and select "Yes" that you want to apply. No payment will be required initially. If there are not enough openings, you will be offered the option of attending and paying as a young adult dancer or as a young adult work trader, and paying that fee promptly.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 30 days before the event (December 18) for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. You can cancel up to 7 days before the event (January 10) for a refund if we can fill your slot. No refunds after that, except in special circumstances. Registrations are not transferable.

VOLUNTEER time by dancers (for setup, teardown, and during dance hours) will be essential for this event to be a success. You can indicate your willingness and initial availability on the registration form.
ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS will be greatly appreciated and will go towards subsidizing younger dancers and supporting the local SLO dance. You can add this when you pay.
