Registration is OPEN!

October 28: Both the work trade slots and the Young Adult Special Opportunity slots are now full. Send an email to us if you want to get on a waitlist for either of these if someone in the slot cancels. We still have space for local SLO dancers who want to exchange work for dance time, and also for regular registrations.

1 - Register

We will admit in order of registrations (including payment) received until we exceed our space limit, after which we will have a waiting list.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

To hold your place in line, please pay electronically or postmark your check within 3 days of registering.

2 - Pay Your Fee

The payment page explains how to pay. (The amounts below do not include a $5 fee for using PayPal or Venmo.)

Adult: $210
Young Adult (18-35): $130
Youth (17 and under): Free
Work Trade Adult: net $115 for 5 hours of work (full fee now, $95 refund after event) (as of 10/28: you will be put on a waiting list for the discount)
Work Trade Young Adult: net $35 for 5 hours of work (full fee now, $95 refund after event) (as of 10/28: you will be put on a waiting list for the discount)
Local SLO Dancers: if you do not want to register for the whole weekend, pay $0 now. You will have an opportunity to work in exchange for hours on the dance floor or combine working with special pricing for additional dance sessions. We will be in touch with details once you register.

Special Opportunity for Young Adult Dancers (age 18-35)

(As of 10/28: slots are full, but you can ask to be put on a waiting list.)

Thanks in part to the additional money contributed last year, we are able to offer 10 younger dancers free admission plus $200 towards expenses in exchange for a 5-hour work trade. We will accept people in the order that they register. To sign up for this opportunity, register online as a Young Adult and select "Yes" that you want to apply. No payment will be required initially. If there are not enough openings, you will be offered the option of attending and paying as a young adult dancer or as a young adult work trader, and paying that fee promptly.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 30 days before the event (December 17) for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. You can cancel up to 7 days before the event (January 9) for a refund if we can fill your slot. No refunds after that, except in special circumstances. Registrations are not transferable.

VOLUNTEER time by dancers (for setup, teardown, and during dance hours) will be essential for this event to be a success. You can indicate your willingness and initial availability on the registration form.
